It depends on the home and the area. After the visit we prepare a comparison with the numbers, so you decide with the facts in hand.
We do. You give us an authorisation and we take care of everything needed: usually within one or two weeks the home is fully compliant.
Where possible with self check-in, a code key box or smart lock: they let themselves in when they arrive, after the earliest check-in time. You don't need to be there.
We organise cleaning with professional companies between guests. The guest pays for it within the booking, and it appears line by line in the statement.
A percentage of what the home earns, agreed home by home: we tell you after seeing the property. If the home earns nothing, you pay nothing.
Yes. We sign a clear contract, which we explain point by point before we start.
Yes. At the start we agree together how many days a year you want to keep for yourself: within that number, you use the home whenever you like. Tell us the dates and we block them on the calendar.
