A percentage of what the home earns, agreed home by home: we tell you after seeing the property. If the home earns nothing, you pay nothing.

From Airbnb your share reaches you directly, already split by the platform. Booking pays you, and with the monthly statement you transfer our share. Direct bookings are paid by bank transfer.

Every month you receive a statement with every booking and every item explained: revenue, platform fees, cleaning, our share and yours. It arrives within the first five days of the following month.

We organise cleaning with professional companies between guests. The guest pays for it within the booking, and it appears line by line in the statement.

Yes. At the start we agree together how many days a year you want to keep for yourself: within that number, you use the home whenever you like. Tell us the dates and we block them on the calendar.

Yes. We sign a clear contract, which we explain point by point before we start.

Usually two or three weeks from the first visit to the home going live. It depends on what needs doing: home staging, any small works and the paperwork required by your town.
