How we handle your data when you visit the site or write to us. Updated 22 September 2026.
The data controller is Lorenzo D'Alessandro, a sole proprietorship trading as Lux House Affitti Brevi, VAT no. 18072321005. For any question about your data, write to info@luxhouseaffittibrevi.com.
"List your home" form: full name, email, phone if you provide it, type of property, area and region of the property.
WhatsApp or email messages: the information you choose to send us.
Browsing: like any website, the server logs technical data such as your IP address and browser type, for the operation and security of the site.
We use form and message data only to reply to you and prepare the assessment you asked for: it is your request, prior to any contract (art. 6.1.b of EU Regulation 2016/679, GDPR). Browsing data is used to run and protect the site (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f). We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.
We keep request data for 24 months from the last contact, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep it for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by law for accounting and tax records.
Only us and the technical providers we need to run the site, each for their own part: Aruba S.p.A. (website hosting), Brevo (sending form emails), WhatsApp/Meta if you write to us on WhatsApp. We do not share your data with anyone else, unless required by law.
The site only uses technical cookies needed for it to work (for example to remember your language). We do not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: to download them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Home pages contain links to Airbnb: if you open them, Airbnb's privacy policy applies.
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, receive it in a readable format or object to its processing (articles 15-22 GDPR). Just write to info@luxhouseaffittibrevi.com. If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
